TOP-DIAGNOSTICS LTD has established and maintains an operational quality management system. The system was certified by the independent auditing laboratory UKAS. Its service operations are included in the scope of the quality management system. The portfolio of services we offer includes:

►  Warranty service of 12 or more months;

►  Post-warranty service on the basis of a signed subscription contract or on the basis of an individual service request, as per the needs of the client;

►  Scheduled maintenance and repair of the offered products on the territory of Bulgaria;

►   Full maintenance of clinical and laboratory equipment with reaction time on occurrence of any issues, as selected by the client;

►   Original spare parts, modules and components;

Technical advice and expert solutions developed by highly qualified engineers trained and certified by the laboratory equipment manufacturers. The Service Department of the company employs some of the most experienced specialists in the field of clinical and laboratory equipment maintenance in Bulgaria.
